The Embellished Tube Bead Limited Edition Kit and The Embedded Heart Limited Edition Kit are two complete craft kits designed by Betsy Youngquist. These bead kits are composed of everything needed to make the beautiful jewelry depicted on the labels.
The embedding process is a quick and easy way to achieve the visual effect of a mosaic without the messy step of grouting. Instead, beads and stones are embedded in a black epoxy clay (Crystal Clay) which then cures in 16-24 hours. The epoxy clay has a working time of 1 1/2 hours. No baking is needed. The stainless steel chain is not included in either kit, but is available for purchase. The bead kits are not intended for children 12 and under.
